Rancho de Esperanza offers several settings for boarders and horses in training. All breeds are welcome and owners are encouraged to enjoy riding with each other. Being a small boarding and training facility allows us to provide each horse with our personal TLC touch. And if your horse is also at the ranch for training your horse will receive the same benefits as our full time boarders.
Horses are fed twice a day and stalls are cleaned once a day. Turn out is once to twice a week on a rotation basis.
All stalls have automatic waterers and new feeders. Starting with the 10 stall
Breeding Barn our Stallions along with mares, colts and fillies are stalled in this area. The 6 stall mare motel was built in 2008 and has automatic waterers, new feeders, no climb fencing and 100% covered with breezeway. The 3 stall pad (also built in 2008) has 5-rail fencing as well as automatic waterers, new feeders and ½ cover.
With a new 60’ round pen, 2 new safety wash racks, a pasture for turn out and a stucco tack house, all amenities are included for your use. Our large riding arena is also lighted and has a sprinkler system to keep dust down. All areas are shaded with beautiful 30-50 foot trees.
Wonderful City trails are being completed with the road construction and will run from the front of the ranch all the way to the McDowell Mountains and over to
Westworld Equestrian Center.
We offer training clinics as well as private training for horse and rider. From
babies, to ground work, to problem horses, to showing and everything in between, trainer Steven Lopez will give you expert instruction for every situation and need.
We also offer BBQ’s and Pot Luck dinners to give everyone a chance to get to
know each other better and enjoy the personal setting of our ranch. We want to make your experience at Rancho de Esperanza a wonderful one.
Current board is $350 per month. $300 if horse is in training with $325 a month for training.
